3-Month DUI First Offender Program (AB541)
About the 3-Month DUI First Offender Program
The 3-Month First Offender or AB541 DUI program is for those who have been found guilty of a DUI for the first time within a 10-year period and with a blood alcohol level below 0.2. Courts will generally order a 3-month program as a condition of probation, along with other requirements as issued by a judge.
Twin Palms provides quality, convenient and affordable DUI first offender program classes. Our 3-month program requires participants to attend an orientation session as well as an individual registration interview. These are followed by six educational classes, nine group sessions, and a mid-program individual half-hour interview. A final face-to-face 30-minute interview completes the program. Remote Live Virtual services are available.Enrolling in the AB541 First Offender Program
