About the 30-Month DUI Program
The 30-Month program, or SB1365, is an intensive, court-mandated class for repeat DUI offenders. This program includes 120 hours of community service in addition to the core program material. A judge may order other requirements as well, on a case-by-case basis.
The Twin Palms SB1365 program is delivered with non-judgmental respect and a genuine desire to help our clients implement permanent and positive change. This 30-month DUI program begins with an informative orientation and registration interview. Over the span of the 30-month program, you’ll experience six educational classes, 78 30-minute face-to-face interviews, 58 group sessions, and 208 self-help group sessions. The interviews will be held weekly for the first six months and every other week for the remaining 24 months. The group sessions are conducted weekly for the first six months and every other week for the next 12 months. Your 30-month DUI program begins with enrollment. You can register by visiting one of our three locations (El Monte, La Puente, or Pomona). To complete your enrollment, you will need a referral from the Court a Public Driving Record form reflecting the requirement for an SB1365 program from the California DMV, or a referral from the court. Upon registration and payment of the enrollment fee, you must begin the program within 21 days. Once you choose a location, you must remain at that location for the duration of your program.
Twin Palms wants to make this experience as manageable as possible for our clients, so we offer classes during the day and in the evening Monday through Thursday, as well as holding Saturday sessions. We also offer our services in Spanish.
